When BestPOS sends a request to take ownership of your Facebook Page, you must manually approve it. Depending on how your Page is set up, you’ll see the request in either Meta Business Manager or directly in your Facebook Page notifications.

✅ Method 1: Approve via Facebook Page (Non-Business Manager Users)
Use this method if your Page is not in a Business Manager and is just managed through a personal Facebook account.
Step 1: Go to Your Facebook Page
Log in at facebook.com, and go to your Page from the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Check for Notifications
Look for a notification from Facebook saying that BestPOS has requested access or ownership of the Page.
You may also see a banner or prompt inside Page Settings → Page Access or New Pages Experience → Professional Dashboard → Page Access.
Step 3: Approve the Request
Click the prompt or “Review Request,” and choose Approve.
⚠️ Once approved, BestPOS will be granted ownership via Meta Business Manager, and you’ll still retain admin access.
✅ Method 2: Approve via Meta Business Manager (Business Admins)
Use this method if your Page is owned by a Business Manager.
Step 1: Log in to Meta Business Manager
Go to https://business.facebook.com
Log in using your personal Facebook account that is an Admin of the Page.
Step 2: Open Business Settings
Click “Business Settings” from the left-hand menu.
If you manage multiple businesses, make sure you’re in the correct one.
Step 3: Go to “Requests”
In the left sidebar, scroll down and click “Requests” under the Accounts section.
Step 4: Find BestPOS’s Ownership Request
Under “Received Requests,” look for the ownership request from BestPOS or their Business ID.
Click the Page name to view request details.
Step 5: Approve the Request
Click “Approve Request.”
⚠️ This gives BestPOS ownership of your Facebook Page within Meta Business Manager. You will still remain a Page Admin unless removed manually.
Step 6: Confirmation
You’ll see a success message. The Page will now appear under BestPOS’s Meta Business Suite.
