How to Cancel Your Best POS Subscription

We’re sorry to see you go—but if you decide to cancel your Best POS services, here’s how to do it properly to avoid any confusion or billing issues.

✅ Step 1: Check Your Contract Terms

Before canceling, check your signed order form or service agreement. Some services may require a minimum term and a notice period (typically 30 days).

✅ Step 2: Submit a Cancellation Request

A formal cancellation request is required. You can submit it through email, your WhatsApp group, or by phone — as long as the request is clearly documented by our team.

Please include the following:

  • Business name

  • Email and phone number on file

  • Services you wish to cancel

  • Reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)

✅ Step 3: Wait for Confirmation

Once we receive your cancellation request:

  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days

  • You'll receive a confirmation of cancellation along with any final billing details

⚠️ Important: If you don’t receive a confirmation, your subscription may still be active. Please follow up to ensure it has been processed.

✅ Step 4: Final Payment & Access Removal

  • You may be billed for your final billing cycle if required by the notice period.

    Once your cancellation is processed:

    • We will stop providing support and management for the specific services you’ve requested to cancel (e.g., Google Ads, Online Ordering, Website Hosting, Social Media).

    • If you are continuing with any services, please make sure to clearly mention that in your cancellation request to avoid interruptions.

    • If you need access to any accounts we created or managed, you must request it . We’ll assist where applicable.
