# How to share Meta Business Portfolio with Best POS

#### **Step 1: Go to Meta Business Settings**

1. Log in to[ Meta Business Suite](https://business.facebook.com/).
2. Click on the **“Settings”** (⚙️) icon in the left menu.
3. Select **"Business Settings."**

#### **Step 2: Navigate to Users & Add a Partner or Person**

1. In the left menu, click **“Users”** and select **“Partners.”**
2. Click the **“Add”** button.
3. Click Give a partner access to your assets

#### **Step 3: Assign Asset Permissions**

1. Choose which assets (Pages, Ad Accounts, Instagram Accounts, etc.) they can access.
2. Set permissions for each asset (Manage, View, Post, Run Ads, etc.).
3. Click **“Save”** to finalize.
