✅ Step 1: Check Your Email

Look for an email from BestPOS with the subject:
“Your BestPOS Order Form is Ready to Sign” -
We use Crove to send and sign contracts, so you’ll receive an email from Crove Doc with the details.
✅ Step 2: Open the Order Form

Click the View Document in the email.

The form will open in your browser with fields ready to fill and sign. If you don’t see an option to add your information or run into any issues, feel free to reach out to our team and send a screenshot so we can help.
✅ Step 3: Review Your Package Details

Carefully read through the:

Service plan (Marketing, Online Ordering, etc.)

Pricing, setup fees (if any), and included services

Terms and conditions

✅ Step 4: Fill in Required Fields

Enter the following (if not pre-filled):

Business Info

Owner name

Phone number

Email address

Location address
- ACH Info

✅ Step 5: Add Your Signature

Use your mouse (or finger on mobile) to draw your signature.

You can also type your name to auto-generate a signature.
✅ Step 6: Submit the Form

After signing, click “Submit” or “Finish” at the top or bottom of the page.

You’ll receive a confirmation email and a copy of the signed agreement.
